Hawker Hurricane Mk.1 L1584 111 Sqn RAF Circa July 1938

111 was the first sqn to receive the new Hurricanes in late' 37, L1584 was later converted to Mk.2 and transferred to 615 Sqn, where she and her pilot were sadly lost off Dover July '40.

Contradictory information suggests V7421 was assigned to 74 Sqn and was shot down near Cambrai, France on 22 May 1940 with the loss of her pilot Sergeant R.H. Nelson, I can find no images to support either claim?
